Nutrition coaching, working directly with me. I will get to know you, your goals, and your lifestyle. Providing you the most accountability and support to help you reach your health, performance and/or body composition goals.

What you get:

  • A dedicated coach. To follow your progress and provide feedback about  your nutrition program - including what and when you're eating.
  • Multiple check-ins per week 
  • Onboard questionnaire to tailor make your macro nutritional plan
  • Personalised caloric and macro nutritional daily goals
  • Recommendations for pre and post workout best practice nutrition.
  • Result based changes and adjustments to plan to reflect your ongoing needs and goals.

Self-Guided Nutritional Program

Perhaps you are experienced with tracking your macros, or maybe you just want a gentle push in the right direction before deciding to work continually with a coach. If that's the case, then this option is for you.

What you get:

  • Onboard questionnaire to tailor make your macro nutritional plan.
  • Recommendations for pre and post workout best practice nutrition.
  • A personalised caloric and macro nutritional daily goals and plan (based on your completed questionnaire).
  • Two caloric and macronutrient adjustments (over 6 months) based on your training and goals.

About Me

Heya! My name is Rach and I'd love to help you achieve your goals. About me, I am a mum and a wife. An experienced coach of over 10 years (CrossFit + Strength and Conditioning) in some of Australia's best boxes. I have previously competed at the Regional/Semi-Final level for CrossFit, finishing top 30 in the CrossFit Open (Asia/Pacific Region). I have competed in Australian State Titles for Weightlifting. Throughout this time, I spent a lot of money on nutritional programs that didn't adequately meet the needs for a CrossFitter. Through this experience, and studying my nutritional certificate, I have established evidence based results for feeding athletes of all levels.

My hobbies include, getting outside with my family (and dogs!), I love camping, coffee and time with good people! 


Education: Bachelor of Exercise Science, Masters of Exercise Physiology, Certificate in Nutrition, Post graduate Teaching Degree, Masters in Educational Leadership and Inclusive Education. CrossFit level 2 Certificate, Weightlifting Level 1

One-on-One Strength & Conditioning Coaching

Work directly with me. Whether or not you want to train to compete, improve you Oly Lifting, your gymnastics strength, get your first pull-up or improve your overall fitness.

What you get:

  • Dedicated performance coaching. To follow your progress and provide feedback on your movements (based on videos you send)
  • A personalised training program to target your individual goals and needs.
  • Multiple check-ins per week.
  • Onboard questionnaire to tailor make your program
  • Result based changes and adjustments to plan to reflect your ongoing needs and goals.
